• Amount will be deducted from wallet on opening the study.
• If the study is rejected without opening, there will be no charges or deduction from wallet.
• All studies will be retained for a period of 5 days after which the images will be deleted.
• Although the reports will be retained for longer periods, we recommend all reports to be downloaded to your computer.
• For any clarification regarding billing, or if you think there is an error in billing, please open ticket from the user panel. We will get back to you shortly.
